We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $70. Orders below $70 ship for a flat rate of $4.99.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and handed off to the carrier within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping & Delivery

All orders ship from our fulfillment center in Ontario, California. Estimated transit times after your order ships:

·       Standard Shipping (USPS / UPS Ground): 5–8 business days

·       Expedited options may be available at checkout for an additional fee

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking confirmation by email. Delivery windows are estimates and not guaranteed.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at info@doxagames.com with your order number and a photo of the damage (if applicable). We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

International Shipping

At this time, Doxa Games ships within the continental United States only. International orders are not available through our online store. Churches, missionaries, or international organizations interested in bulk orders may contact us directly at info@doxagames.com to discuss options.

Conference & Event Purchases

Games purchased in person at a Doxa Games conference or event booth are final sale. Please inspect your purchase before leaving the booth.
